CadCon Surveying & Town Planning Services:

• Site detail survey locating above and below site features including existing buildings
• Detail survey outlining neighbouring buildings surrounding subject site
• Location of adjoining property building faces, significant trees, vegetation
• CadCon if required can provide location of neighbouring buildings windows, entertaining areas and provide 3D elevations of these for Architects design purposes if required
• Underground service location in vicinity of site
• Provide a 3D model of survey data including DTM (digital terrain model) for Architect (on behalf of client) within 7 day turnaround
