Description
Lot Reconfiguration – Rural Residential Subdivision, Caboolture Shire.
The developers engaged CadCon Surveying and Town Planning Sunshine Coast to undertake all planning and surveying associated with the development. Issues included Q100 flood levels and urban design that balanced yield, practicality and flooding issues. Council approved the design and planning application and accompanying flood study prepared by a consulting engineer. CadCon Surveying and Town Planning subsequently managed all aspects of the development through to completion of construction and sealing of the survey plan.
