Our Mission

Our mission at CadCon Surveying and Town Planning is to provide expert and comprehensive land use advice and professional land development services to clients on the Sunshine Coast undertaking or seeking to undertake successful land related projects. We are positioned to do this by being able to provide the combined skills of the Land Surveyor together with those of the Town Planner.

CadCon Surveying and Town Planning is a company of Sunshine Coast surveyors and town planners that provide town planning and surveying expertise and service in line with the international definition of the functions of a surveyor and the professional skills of qualified Town Planners. This combination of skills is necessary to provide the solutions needed for the complexity of modern land use planning and administration and to deliver comprehensive land development consultancy on the Sunshine Coast.

Cadcon Surveying and Town Planning are small enough to provide the personal service clients expect and large enough to provide the expertise they need to ensure projects are completed:

Cadcon Surveying and Town Planning's office is located in Wrigley St, Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast and our surveyors and town planners provide service from Caboolture through the entire Sunshine Coast and up to Gympie.

CadCon Surveying & Town Planning facilitates successful land related projects by:

• Listening to our clients and understanding exactly their desired outcomes and applying our expertise in order to achieve those outcomes.
  
• Representing their interests to the relevant authorities so that the desired outcome is achieved.
  
• Preparing and lodging professional development applications and undertaking associated negotiation through the various legislative and other regulatory requirements that impact on most projects today. Examples are the Integrated Planning Act, the Body Corporate & Community Management Act, the Environmental Protection Act, the Mineral Resources Act, the Land Act, Regional Planning Strategies and Local Government Planning Schemes.
  
• Providing expert project management including negotiating with Councils, Governments, Consultants and Contractors.
  
• Providing feasibility analysis & concept and proposal plans.
  
• Providing expert construction, engineering, detail, boundary and geodetic surveys and mapping, both topographic and thematic, using innovative methodology and current technology.
  
• Designing subdivisions and producing sales plans.
  
• Devising and implementing GIS solutions
  
• Outputting results in a quality format.
